  • Cervi operates and services letting agents throughout the United Kingdom
  • The Client was in need of a reporting and tracking system to help tenants, letting agents, and landlords to communicate and manage property repairs while reducing liability and increasing service levels
  • The property repair, reporting and tracking system needs to be responsive so that it can work seamlessly on desktop computers, mobile phones and tablets without compromising user experience
  • Provide an easy to use system for the tenant, letting agent and contractor to communicate, document and resolve property repair issues quickly and efficiently
  • Minimize the need to make phone calls for property repairs
  • Designs should be modern and flat like the IOS 8 look and feel.
  • Created the following specific portals for each system user:
    Letting Agent Area

    • Ability to assign reported property issues to a particular contractor for quotes and assign repair to selected contractor
    • Facility to view the status of repairs and feedbacks submitted by tenants on repairs
    • Capability to customize tenant messages about reported property issues
    • View all reported problems and their statuses in map mode.
    • Manage their profiles, change password, and account settings


    • Ability to report issues 24/7 from the convenience of their smartphone, tablet or desktop computer without having to register or create a login or make a phone call
    • Registered tenants have the ability to see the status of their reported issue on an easy to use dashboard and provide feedback on completed jobs

    Super Admin

    • Manage all agents and their subscriptions
    • Facility to export invoices to a format acceptable by 3rd party billing system.
    • View analytics on the system usage by letting agents and tenants
  • The finished portals consisted of a very clean and flat design using an appealing color pallet, easy to read fonts
  • Site and application is mobile ready and was designed using responsive techniques in order to create a seamless user experience between desktop, mobile and tablet devices.
  • The responsive design also helps to put the Client in a great long-term position to benefit from the constant evolution in responsive design
