Project Manager
PROJECT MANAGER/TEAM LEADER (Job Code PM: 01)
Job Description:
An active participant in the creation and development of Benchmark’s business and long-term relationships with its existing and future client. The Project Manager will be responsible for timely delivery of all projects within specified budgets by performing the following duties:
- Build relations with existing accounts to understand their needs and assist the team in translating strategic thrusts into tactical delivery
- Communicate any client needs, voiced or unvoiced, that might bring additional business to Benchmark
- Work closely with Project Sponsors and Program Managers to acquire resources. Develop timelines and budgets for new proposals
- Lead project teams and keep up-to-date on status of projects by scheduling design, project, and team meetings
- Build teams of internal/external resources; establish professional contacts/networks
- Establish, monitor, and maintain client/project budgets and schedules
- Communicate resource conflicts and/or project delays to Delivery Manager
- Assist and monitor design, development, and production of projects to ensure client specifications and deadlines are being met
- Prepare client project/status reports for management, as needed
- Act as liaison between client/team members; provide sales support when needed
Skills
- Technical Background of PHP/VB.Net/C#/ASP.Net, HTML, AJAX
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good Analytical and Logical Reasoning skills
- At-least two years of experience in managing multiple teams and projects
- Client interaction skills

QA Engineer
SOFTWARE QA (Job Code QA: 02)
Job Description:
QA will be responsible for creating, implementing and automating testing for applications created by Benchmark. The QA Engineer will design, document and implement test plans for products / consulting projects, report and manage defects, assist with replicating and debugging problems and develop test automation solutions. Some of the QA responsibilities will include:
- Document issues with environments in our knowledge base
- Create and maintain documentation for QA procedures
- Manage all issues in issue tracking system, triage bug reports and even fix easy bugs
- Own the release and build process
- Document process for releases (for other engineers)
- Verify documentation for each release is complete
- Maintain unit test suites (and manage engineers who are doing unit testing)
- Deliver QA and testing reports to professional services clients
- Make recommendations on areas of process improvement
Skills
- Understanding the business processes
- Ability to find GUI issues
- Ability to find integration issues
- Prioritizing the bugs and Regression testing
- Experience in web browser testing

BDM
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Job Code BDM: 03)
Job Description:
- He will play a key role in aggressive growth strategy and is responsible for annual software services revenue
- He is expected to manage market and business development initiatives for products and services to a targeted business segment and also serve as the focused Sales person in US and sub-continents

Business Analyst
BUSINESS ANALYST (Job Code BA: 04)
Job Description:
- Assist business development team with needed inputs in terms of feasibility, development capability. Play significant role in proposing solutions and making suggestions when needed. Assist in bidding processes
- Do the initial scoping of the requirements, enough to cover the requirements as well as propose a timeline and cost estimates
- Making proposal and sending it to client , along with proposed overall development timelines
- Depending on the expertise needed, gather detailed requirements and prepare the documentation. Job of detailed requirements analysis is usually conducted as a first phase of the SDLC, responsibility of creating detailed SRS would be minimal
- Introduce client with the development methodology, processes to follow and overall SDLC organization
- Introduce PM/ Team to the client, do initial handshake, transfer knowledgebase gathered, documents during the initial assessment to the team for further development
- Be a point of escalation in case of conflicts, differences in understanding scope, issues in development. Be in touch with clients to monitor the satisfaction level suggest improvements

Senior Software Engineer
SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER (Job Code SSE-PHP: 05)
Job Description:
- To design, execute, assess, and troubleshoot software programs and applications
- This includes configuring, coding, developing, and documenting software specifications throughout the project life cycle
- The Software Engineer will also oversee system startups in a timely and accurate fashion, provide support to other departments where required
- To write, code, test, and analyze software programs and applications
- This includes researching, designing, documenting, and modifying software specifications throughout the production life cycle
- The Programmer will also analyze and amend software errors in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide status reports where required
- Solving the technical problems of junior developers
- Co–Ordination with the Team Lead to meet the deadline
